The EstRem process allows to obtain totally biocompatible grafts, belonging
to the MATRIX configuration, whose bone matrix is integrally preserved in
its organic and inorganic components, to be used as a scaffold with optimal
osteoconductive characteristics.

corticocancellous bone grafts)
The excellent osteoconduction of the bone matrix
favors the formation of vascularized bone tissue,
allowing rapid and complete osseointegration
remodeling. Remodeling occurs on average in
8-12 months for cortical and corticocancellous
bone grafts.
